Paint Booth Ceiling Filter Media CL-600G
ltem No.: CL-600GCL-600G is engineered to be flame-retardant, withstanding temperatures as high as 120°C. The outer side of the media where cleaner air comes out, is covered by a layer of fire-resistant material.
This media is thermally bonded and constructed in a progressive density to perform better overspray filtration. The multiple layering structure maintains high dust holding capacity while ensuring lowest pressure drop performance.
Constructed from 100% polyester fibers, it’s gone through a process that is fully impregnated with formulating adhesives to increase tack on every single string of the media, resulting in an excellent overspray capturing capability. Particles or overspray are held by this tacky and progressively densified structure, which is ideal for forming even and steady airflow in the paint booth.
