High-Temperature Fiberglass Panel Air Filter
Clean-Link fiberglass panel air filters are uniquely designed for high-temperature applications up to 300°C (575°F). The media of this high temp panel filter is composed of multiple layers that are formed by a random array of glass fibers. The nonwoven structure of this filter demonstrates good chemical and temperature resistance.
The fiberglass panel air filters are perfectly suitable for air filtration systems that are constantly subjected to very high-temperature conditions, so the filter must withstand extreme operating conditions. They are also exceptional in their resistance to chemical corrosion, with a low liquid loading rate.
Besides, this high temp fiberglass filter can be consistent and predictable during the service cycle, leading to a longer filter serving life and stable high efficiency.
We have developed unique fiber and processing combinations to improve filtration efficiency in all high-temperature applications. Aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized frames are available for different requirements, which are self-extinguishing.
